Our Story
An industry-leading expert in the precision machining of performance-critical parts — for aerospace, defense, medical, and more — since 1997.
Since 1997, CNC Manufacturing has been a steadfast cornerstone of American manufacturing. Continually expanding and improving our capabilities and processes, we pride ourselves on excellence in customer satisfaction, quality products, state-of-the-art equipment, and a focus on emerging manufacturing techniques.
Our 37,000 ft² facility in Coatesville, PA features some of the industry's most technologically advanced machining and quality control equipment, enabling us to deliver precise parts within the tightest of tolerances. Strict Statistical Process Control procedures — combined with streamlined project management — have earned CNC Manufacturing both AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certification from DEKRA; the ISO 9001:2015 scope also covers sister companies CNC Technology, Inc. and MTI Precision Products, LLC.
We celebrate the diversity and expertise of our team, and proudly employ several armed-services veterans. That culture empowers the team to consistently excel in product quality, reliability, and customer service.

MTI Dental Products joins the family
CNC Manufacturing acquires MTI Dental Products on January 15, 2015 — precision dental components, machined with the same discipline on the same Coatesville floor.

ISO 9001:2008 certified
DEKRA Certification certifies the quality management system, including sister companies CNC Technology and MTI Dental.

Certification upgraded to ISO 9001:2015, covering CNC Technology, Inc. and MTI Precision Products, LLC.

AS9100D certified for aerospace
The quality system steps up to AS9100D — the aerospace standard — certified by DEKRA and accredited by ANAB on October 5, 2022.
